Our tube bending machines give us capacity and flexibility, enabling us to provide finished components to a variety of industries including furniture, automotive and healthcare. From 6 mm to 152.4 mm outside diameter, centre line radius 10 mm minimum to 500 mm maximum. Left and right hand multi radius and variable radius bending in automatic cycle. 4 + 4 axis control of different radius or diameters, or any required combination.

  • We are able to process mild steel, titanium, aluminium, stainless steel, brass, copper, manganese, nickel and plastic/nylon. Kan-ban and JIT systems are available, and can be controlled using PPAP, SPC and FMEA
